IT Support Specialist
We are looking for a highly capable IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for our staff at ARC Energy. With this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. You will also be required to advise on IT equipment upgrades and ensuring that our IT systems run efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee software accounts
- Manage network for multiple locations
- New Hire Setup
- IT troubleshooting
- Website Maintenance
- Exclaimer – Email Signatures
- Microsoft 365 Management
- Computer Asset Management
