Jason Arceneaux
President & Chairman of the Board
As President and Founder of ARC Energy, Jason has an in-depth knowledge of the Energy Industry from midstream to downstream globally. Jason took his selling of equipment knowledge from his early days in late 90’s and early 2000’s and founded ARC Energy to bring customers engineering process equipment quickly and flexible. Jason’s entrepreneurial spirit began in 2011 when ARC Energy Equipment was established. This passion for delivering the best process solutions did not stop there. In 2016 Jason began ARC Energy Fabrication, then ARC Energy Service and Supply. ARC Energy Global was formed in 2018 to cover global projects and customers around the world. In addition to having over 12 years of experience as business owner and over 25 years in the Energy Industry. He still prides himself on ability to adopt new concepts and has passion for driving sales and developing innovative strategies to achieve companies’ goals. Today Jason is on the Board of ARC as well as other Non-Profit organizations with a passion for educating our Energy Industry and the public about our industry. Jason and his wife Patricia live in Lafayette with his daughters (Sophia & Ella) half the month, and then over to Houston the Energy Capital of the world for another half of month.
Mikey Mahoney
Vice President Business Development
Mikey Mahoney began his oilfield career with his father’s company as a land acquisition manager, and from there Mikey has moved from acquisition to drilling, and finally to the global upstream & midstream sectors. Having worked in all three sectors Mikey brings valuable knowledge on how these sectors are developed and incorporated into ARC’s strategic development. Through his 11 years with ARC, Mikey has developed global strategic partnerships, secured market share, and continues to build a sales team to reach ARC’s Bold Vision of growth while keeping at the forefront ARC’s Mission, Core Values & Core Services. Mikey strongly believes that of the following three components People, Process, and Product that the ARC people are where the great customer experience starts. “A man in life is only as good as the team he has around him, and the success felt at ARC Energy is attributed to our families and colleagues.”
Dennis Thomas
Vice President Product and Technology
Dennis joined the ARC Energy team in 2013. He has been involved in the oil & gas industry for many years. Dennis is a Viet Nam era veteran. After his military service he worked for Excelsior Oil Corp. in East Texas as a drilling and completion supervisor where he managed various phases of the drilling and completion operations. In 1986, Dennis started work with Smith Industries, a large premier production equipment manufacturing company. Dennis managed their regional branch for them until he started his own business in 1993, Thomas Energy Services. At Thomas Energy Services Dennis supplied reconditioned process and production equipment to the oil and gas industry. In 2013 Dennis joined the ARC Energy team as a Technical Advisor and has been involved with all of ARC ’s business plans and is currently Vice President of Products & Technology and sits on ARC Energy’s Board. Dennis manages the used equipment department as well as assists with operations, fabrication, and engineering. Dennis and his wife Dee Dee enjoy visiting their son Dillon in Long Island when time allows. Dennis and Dee live near Gilmer, Texas and enjoy staying at their cabin in the Ouachita National Forest in Arkansas.
Eric Kaufman
Vice President of Business Operations
Eric Kaufman started with ARC Energy in 2012 and quickly learned that ARC was his passion, and that supplying customers quick, competitive, and reliable solutions was his niche. Throughout his tenure Eric has been vital in leading ARC’s Equipment Division, which consists of New, Reconditioned, and Rental Production Equipment, as well as the buying of equipment for ARC’s inventory. His in-depth knowledge of ARC’s inventory, capabilities, and the client’s needs, allow for quick and competitive solutions for ARC’s customers. His team is composed of Estimators, Project Mangers, Procurement Personnel, and Equipment specialists that together manage the day-to-day aspects of ARC’s Core business. While not working Eric enjoys spending time on Cane River with his wife Melissa, and his children Khloe and Kohen. Eric is grateful to be working alongside his fellow partners and considers ARC’s family a close-knit group with a common mission, vision, and core values that keep the ARC Family all aligned.
Tom Gardner
Chief Executive Officer
Tom was introduced to ARC Energy in 2018 and joined full time at the start of 2019. Over the last 20 years Tom has supplied tailored engineering services and products to the Energy Industry. Early in his career he worked as a design/project engineer supplying engineer to order equipment for severe service applications at IMI CCI. Prior to ARC Energy Tom worked as an executive in two publicly traded companies; IMI and DeltaValve (while under the ownership of Curtiss Wright Corporation). Since 2014 Tom has been scratching the entrepreneurial itch in privately held companies in CEO and COO roles at Amaron Energy, Trailhead Engineering, CircleOp and now ARC Energy. Tom holds a BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering as well as an MBA from Brigham Young University. Tom lives with his wife Karissa and five children in Utah where he enjoys getting outdoors whenever possible.
